Lead singer of the Pussycat Doll's, Nicole Scherzinger has told Hello! Magazine in an exclusive interview that her relationship with Formula 1 winner Lewis Hamilton is the real deal and she's ready for marriage. The pair met at the MTV Europe Awards in Munich in November 2007 and have been inseparable ever since with regular public displays of affection. At 31, Scherzinger is seven years older than Lewis.Last year Nicole declared her love for the racer to the world by posting a video on youtube congratulating Lewis on his Formula 1 win, Nicole told the camera: "I am so excited, I feel like I'm on top of the world right now. Why? Because I want to congratulate my boyfriend Lewis Hamilton for being the official Formula One world champion. Congratulations, baby! I love you, I love you, I love you."
This month, Nicole tells Hello! Mag:
“Would I get married? For sure and, yeah, the Dolls can be the bridesmaids. But I have to get engaged first. Late July is looking good.”
“Marriage is a seal of love. On my solo album I have sung about how much I love that and what the whole process would mean to me. Who needs a reason to seal their love?”
Nicole also revealed a few little embarrassing facts about F1 boyfriend Lewis..
“He can sing quite well. He knows a lot of my songs from the group and, in a worrying way, quite a few of the routines. I would love him to appear in one of our videos, but I am not sure how I would feel about the other Dolls all over him. I think he would quite like it.”
I'm not sure that he'll be too pleased about the mention, Lewis Hamilton is notoriously private and shunned the media attention when the limelight first fell on him following his first victory of his F1 career in the Canadian Grand Prix at Montreal.
